People’s committee of Ho Chi Minh City require the Management of Urban Railways examineurgently, revise organize construction activity and urge, remind regularly for constructors, consultants must perform ensure activity construction safety, traffic safety, occupational safety, environmental hygiene during construct project; absolutely, didn’t have incident, ensure quality project and construction progress have committed

Manager of Urban Railway Management must be responsiblecompletely before the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City when have errors incident construction about traffic safety, occupational safety, safety of the underground infrastructure, environmental hygiene.

The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City assigned the Department of Transport, Department of Construction, Department of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs coordinate closely with Authority have relate to strengthen inspection, monitoring of construction and have treatment measures timely for violations in construction safety, traffic safety, occupational safety during construct of investor; report result performance on a quarterly for People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

Metro line 1 has a total capital of 2.49 billion USD (47,325 billion VND), in which ODA capital of Japan over 2,2 billion USD, remaining of the counterpart funds from budget city. According People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, expected in 2020 it can operate, instead of late 2018 as approved projects.
