Milestone events of the construction - 2013

- April 2013 : Contractor has begun installation of fence along the  Hanoi Highway and implementing  construction of bored pile  work for  structure of viaducts and stations 

- December 2013:To commence construction of Saigon bridge

Saigon Bridge is one of five special bridges of the project, with the length of 267.5 m and is constructed by Free Cantilever Method (FCM). This bridge is located towards the upstream with 40m away from the existing Saigon Bridge and has the beginning point at Ward 25, Binh Thanh District and the ending point at Thao Dien Ward, District 2

The contractor will start main construction from December 2013 and expects to have finished the construction work by April 2016.
